booking.
You will receive after brief time an answer to your
application, with the availability and the total price
of the lodging. Then, after the aceptation, you receive
a document with the guarantee you have to give to book
the apartment.
To guarantee a booking, Made in Apartment makes available
some easy and simple tools. You could send the sum anticipated
of the stay through one current account of ours opened
in IWBANK. Or, if you prefer, you can use an account
in PayPal, a credit card (Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard)
or a prepaid card (es. Kalibra).

In alternative for some apartments you could communicate
us by fax the number of a valid credit card. There are
no debit if the terms of cancellation will be respected.
After having sent the guarantee, we send you the confirmation
of the booking with all the necessary informations for
the arrival in the structure.
In case you make the booking using a bank transfer,
you must communicate us by e-mail or by fax the bank
payment, so that we can proceed to book the apartment
up to the real accreditation of bank transfer. We immediately
send you by e-mail the confirmation of the booking.
If otherwise not specified, the delivery of the keys
will directly happen near the reserved apartment, where
the sale of the amount will still be corresponded by.
In case of change of schedule, it is necessary to call
as soon as possible to the indicated number to tell us,
since a person will be waiting for you to the established
time near the apartment.
In different way for every apartment, a payment of
a deposit is to be demanded. It will be returned at
the moment of the departure if the apartment is delivered
back under the same conditions of when it was rented.
Normally the reception of the apartment will have been
since 9 to the 21. In the case in which the client arrives
after the 21 an extra-service of 30 can be required.
The cancellations must be communicated for e-mail or
telephonely within 30 days from the day of arrival.
In this case the whole amount of the booking is returned.
In no other way the deposit will be returned.
